## Content and actions
- Left nav on every screen: Profiles (S01), Statements (S03), Gmail (S04).
- One card per profile: name, base currency, card count, last full month's spend, statement count, latest statement, reconciliation badge ("All validated" or "N needs review").
- "Open chat" opens S02 with that profile. Ticking two or more profile checkboxes shows the bar "Compare in chat", which opens S02 with all ticked profiles in context (parallel analysis).
- "New profile": dialog asking name and base currency (and optional card nicknames), then returns here.
- A "needs review" badge links to S03 filtered to that profile.

## States
- Main: `screen.html`.
- First run, no profiles: `states/empty.html` with a single "Create your first profile" action.
- Loading: card skeletons in the same grid. Error: inline banner "Couldn't read your profile history. Retry" above the grid.

## Notes and open questions
- Profile = one base currency, so EUR and USD never get silently summed. Cross-currency comparison happens only in S02 and always shows both currencies.
